1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

3.1 Age and Jurisdiction Requirements

3.3 One Account Per Person

Each User is permitted only one account with ags55. Multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or accounts held by the same household or IP address are strictly prohibited. We employ advanced fraud detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. If we detect multiple accounts, we reserve the right to:

• Suspend or permanently close all associated accounts
• Void all bets placed from duplicate accounts
• Confiscate any winnings or bonus funds
• Retain deposits as compensation for breach of these Terms

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

4. Account Security and Responsibilities

5. Deposits and Payment Methods

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

5.2 Deposit Processing

Most deposits are processed instantly or within 5-15 minutes during banking hours (Monday-Friday, 09:00-16:00 WIB for Indonesian bank transfers). 5.3 Source of Funds

All deposits must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. You confirm that all funds deposited to ags55 are:

• Legally obtained and not derived from criminal activity
• Not subject to any legal claim or restriction by third parties
• Not intended for money laundering or terrorist financing purposes

We reserve the right to request additional documentation to verify the source of your funds. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and reversal of deposits.

6. Withdrawals and Payout Policy

6.1 Withdrawal Requests

You may request a withdrawal of your Account Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC completed)
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your name

6.3 Withdrawal Fees

ags55 does not charge withdrawal fees for standard withdrawal requests. However, excessive withdrawal requests (more than 3 per week) may incur an administrative fee. Your bank, e-wallet provider, or cryptocurrency network may impose their own transaction fees.

7. Betting Rules and Conduct

7.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on ags55 are subject to the following general rules:

• Bets are final once confirmed and cannot be cancelled or modified
• We reserve the right to void bets if technical errors, palpable errors in odds, or market manipulation is detected
• Maximum bet limits apply and vary by sport, game, and User account status
• Minimum bet amounts are displayed on each betting market
• Odds may change between the time a bet is placed and confirmation; you agree to the odds at the time of confirmation

7.2 Sports Betting

For football betting (bandar bola), Asian handicap, over/under, mix parlay (accumulator), and other sports markets:

• All bets are settled based on official results at the end of regular time unless otherwise stated
• For live in-play betting, markets may be suspended during critical match events
• If a match is postponed or abandoned, bets will be voided unless the match resumes within 48 hours
• For accumulator bets, if one selection is voided, the odds for that selection are set to 1.00 and the bet continues

7.3 Casino Games

For slots, live casino, table games, and other casino products:

• All games use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or live dealers
• RTP (Return to Player) percentages are displayed for each game
• Game rounds may not be reversed after completion except in cases of clear technical malfunction

13. Account Termination

• Extended period of account inactivity (12+ months)

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining Balance will be returned to you after deduction of applicable fees and completion of KYC verification. Bonus funds will be forfeited.

14. General Provisions

14.1 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

14.2 Waiver

Failure by ags55 to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.

14.3 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights and obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. ags55 may assign these Terms to any successor entity or third party without restriction.

14.4 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ags55 regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
